EMRE TEZMEN
Chairman of the Board
Emre Tezmen, with 27 years of business experience, is an expert financial analyst (CFA) who has played an active role in Turkey's capital markets. Graduating with High Academic Achievement from the Economics Department of Université Libre de Bruxelles in 1995, Tezmen also completed his Master's in Business Administration with Distinction from VUB-Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 1997. He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification and is a Regular Member of the CFA Institute.
Beginning his professional career in 1995, Tezmen has held various positions in several investment firms, including Research Department Head, Corporate Sales Department, and Deputy General Manager in charge of Research.
Emre Tezmen undertook an 18-month project management role for "E-seans," one of Turkey's first online trading platforms. He also led the establishment of Research and Corporate Sales Departments in multiple institutions. Under his leadership, these departments provided services to the most significant and reputable institutional investors trading on Borsa Istanbul. He contributed to elevating his company's market share to the top 10 level and achieving a substantial increase in profitability.
Building on his experience in the financial markets and the successes of his managerial ventures, Tezmen founded Tera Yatırım Securities Inc. in 2005, Arena Finance Factoring Inc. in 2015, and Tera Portfolio Management Inc. in 2020 through acquisitions. With trust and belief in Turkey's youth and future, he established TRA Information Technologies Company and, most recently, in 2023, launched Tera Yatırım Bank with the goal of creating a global brand for our country.
In addition to domestic investments, Emre Tezmen founded Gildencrest Capital Ltd. in London to provide investment advisory services to institutional investors operating in the United Kingdom and other global financial centers.

BÜLENT AKSU
Deputy Chairman of the Board
He has 29 years of professional management experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and management in various sectors, including telecommunications, energy, petrochemicals, and auditing. He began his professional career as an Inspector at the Audit Committee of Kuveyt Türk A.Ş., and subsequently served as Group Finance Director at Çalık Holding in 2003. Between 2008 and 2012, he held the position of Deputy General Manager in Charge of Finance (CFO) at Akfel Group. Aksu served as CFO at Petkim Petrochemical Holding A.Ş. and STAR Refinery A.Ş. between 2012 and 2016. Bülent Aksu served as CFO at Turkcell between 2016 and 2018. He made significant contributions to Turkcell with his innovative solutions for investment financing, as well as his international practices that made Turkcell a model company in our country in terms of balance sheet and currency risk management. Aksu was selected as one of Turkey's 50 most influential CFOs by Fortune Turkey magazine in 2016 and 2018. Between August 3, 2018, and January 29, 2021, he served as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., a member of the Board of Directors at Turkcell, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Türk Eximbank. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Turkcell from March 2020 to September 2023. Bülent Aksu represented our country as Sherpa at the G20 in 2018; as Governor at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the African Development Bank (AfDB) from August 2018 to January 2021; as Deputy Governor at the World Bank (WB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB); and as a member of the Executive Directors' Board at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). Bülent Aksu graduated from the English Language Business Administration Department of Istanbul University in 1996.
ERDİN ÖZEL

He was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at the General Assembly held on July 29, 2022, and was registered on August 12, 2022. After graduating from the Local Administration Department of Kırıkkale University, Erdin Özel graduated from the Business Management Department of Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England. Since 2012, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Middle East Economic Platform. In this capacity, he has facilitated the signing of agreements between numerous projects in our country and foreign investment funds. In his commercial life, he has various companies operating in the fields of Investment, Consulting, Food, Outdoor Media, and Energy. He has social activities in international commercial organizations and NGOs operating both domestically and abroad. Erdin Özel has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pera Yatırım Holding A.Ş. since August 12, 2022.
KADİR BOY
Independent Member of the Board
Kadir Boy was born in Geyve in 1956. He completed his education at Geyve High School in 1973 and graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University in 1979. Following his graduation from the Faculty of Political Sciences, he successfully passed the entry examination for the position of Assistant Accountant at the Ministry of Finance in 1980, becoming a member of the Board of Accountants. In 1983, he was appointed as an Accountant, and in 1990, he became a Chief Accountant. On December 25, 1991, he was appointed as Deputy Group Chairman of the Board of Accountants Istanbul Group, and later on December 15, 1993, he was assigned as Deputy Treasurer of Istanbul Treasury Directorate. After serving in this capacity for about 5 years and 2 months, on March 2, 1999, he was appointed as Acting Treasurer of Istanbul. On January 12, 2000, he was appointed as Treasurer of Istanbul. On August 27, 2004, he was appointed as Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance. On July 15, 2005, he retired at his own request.
During his tenure, he took on additional roles, including: 1998 – 2004: Ministry of Finance Representation in the Istanbul Olympic Games Preparation Committee, 2004 - 2005: Board Member of the Export Promotion Center of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, 2004 - 2005: Member of the Hajj and Umrah Board of the Directorate of Religious Affairs (as a Representative of the Ministry of Finance), 2000 - 2005: Chairman of the Inspection Board of the Istanbul Chamber of Sworn-in Financial Advisors, He has also served as a supervisor in real estate investment trust companies. Kadir Boy is proficient in English.
GÜRKAN PARLAKAÇ

Gürkan Parlakaç is an investor and entrepreneur with experience in organization and business development, strong analytical skills, and an extensive collaboration portfolio. He is a global investor active in various fields such as e-sports arena systems, digital mobile game production and investment, blockchain, and payment systems. Currently, he manages venture capital investments in both the gaming ecosystem and the advanced technology ecosystem at Tera Portfolio Management Inc., focusing on startups and seed-stage ventures. Previously, he worked at Arter Advertising Agency and CEO Event Inc., where he served as the director of business development and was responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities and markets. Additionally, between 2006 and 2009, he co-founded UNI LIFE, a company that successfully organized concerts, parties, conferences, and events in Turkey, where he developed creative ideas. He has been responsible for the smooth running of events, planning and overseeing legal processes, and managing technical operations and financial feasibility. Between 2002 and 2006, as a founding partner of UNI Production, he took on effective industry analysis and operational process management in advertising, design, printing, publishing, and marketing. Between 1999 and 2002, as an expert at Reklametri Advertising Agency, he supported customer support teams by preparing information, documents, and industry analyses, and developed new partnerships and potential customer platforms. Parlakaç is a proactive professional with strong communication skills who is eager to develop different projects. He has extensive experience in managing investor relations and investing in startups with high growth potential.
